1. 48-Hours Return / Exchange Guarantee (Domestic Orders Only)

• The products that are above ₹300 sold at S2 Blouse are covered under our 48-Hour Return/Exchange Guarantee.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Health & personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

• Products priced below ₹300 are not eligible for returns.

Defective / Wrong Item Received

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48-Hours of delivery at:

• Once verified, the defective item will be recalled and replaced at no extra shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

• If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to request a refund, please write to us at support@s2blouse.com.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, after inspection.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

3. Cancellations

• Before Dispatch:
  If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund.

• After Dispatch:

  • If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact us immediately.

  • If the product has been delivered, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still request a return if it qualifies under the 7-Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed if:

• The product shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

• The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

• The product is returned without proper authorization from our customer service team.
