1. Return Policy
● Returns are accepted only for damaged products.
● Customers must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
● Clear product photos and an uncut, unpaused unboxing video are mandatory for
verification.
● Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with packaging intact.
● Returns are not accepted for Wrong size selected,Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings.
2. Exchange Policy
● Size and fitting exchanges are available.
● Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
● Exchanges are subject to product availability.
● Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
● Customers must contact our support team before sending any product back.
● Exchange shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
3. Refund Policy
● Refunds are considered only for eligible damaged or defective products and are subject to verification and approval.
● Once approved, refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.
● The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on the payment provider or bank.
● Refunds are not provided for general reasons, including changes of mind or size and fitting preferences.
4. Return Shipping Charges
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by an error from S2 Blouses.
● Customer pays unless error is from our end costs may be reimbursed up to ₹150.
● If S2 Blouses arranges the return shipment . The amount ₹150 will be deducted from the approved refund, where applicable.
5. Important Instructions
● All return and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
● Please retain the original packaging until your request is resolved.
● Products must not be used, washed or altered before returning them.
● All requests are subject to verification and approval by S2 Blouses.
